MEET THE TEAM

Director
A genuine care for her clients & agents with a soul-filled approach to any space she is given the opportunity of transforming is what sets Kaylean and the business she founded apart. She loves running her property styling business alongside her daughter Amelia. Technology has come a long way since Kaylean opened the doors of IPS, she has adapted and understands this is the way, however if you walk into her home you will always see a paper diary open with a beautiful pen and a lot of reminders written down (this won’t ever change). Kaylean’s own home is styled to perfection (as expected!) and watching renovation shows on TV is her ideal way to unwind after a full work schedule. As a busy owner, Kaylean starts her morning with an early 5.30am beach swim to set herself up for a good day ahead. When Kaylean steps foot into your home you will experience an energy that is full of life, a huge smile, extensive knowledge and a down to earth approach of what will truly support your campaign journey. Kaylean says “ Each home should tell a story; each property is individual. My job is finding that niche and guiding you to a successful campaign”.

General Manager
A passionate and driving force of the company, Amelia works closely with her mum Kaylean and manages the multiple elements of Innerspirit Property Styling. Some of her main focus areas are connecting with vendors and agents from enquiry to design of their project, working closely with the stylist in house, keeping stock fresh & continuing to work on the business with research and development . She is amongst each project and truly cares about the result that is about to launch, Amelia is known for her proactive problem-solving ability and fast pace (she doesn’t walk – she runs!). When not working, Amelia enjoys getting out in nature, and keeping active with yoga and walks with her husband and puppy. She is fuelled by seeing the growth of the team, having those ‘a-ha’ moments in business. Amelia says….”The client’s excitement when they walk into their freshly styled home or a simple text from an enthusiastic agent is simply beautiful. At this point we know we have succeeded and supported both our vendors and agents and that lifts my spirit”. For Amelia, It’s all about an honest investment to an easy and successful next chapter.

Administration Manager
A former elite gymnast and live theatre enthusiast, Emma is a talented team leader that brings a positive attitude and a willingness to listen and grow to her role. Her strategic approach keeps the administration & operations of Innerspirit organised and seamless, as Emma supports her team with encouragement and acknowledgment of their hard work. She always offers a space for her team to talk and focuses on nurturing them to develop their skills and knowledge. When it comes to understanding agents requests and client’s needs you can’t fault her, she is always willing to listen, adapt and move mountains to get every timeline organised to perfection. Weekend brunch with the family is a firm favourite and a cup of tea is the way to Emma’s heart.

Stylist
A self-described coffee lover, Molly is a talented stylist and fun team member. She thrives on the variety in her role – every day is different, and every home is different. It requires the need to be creative, which Molly loves. In particular, Molly enjoys infusing a soft Australiana aesthetic when styling and has an appreciation for the colour green. On weekends, you’ll find Molly horse-riding, exploring new markets and spending time in nature camping.

Stylist
Landing her dream job in styling with Innerspirit, Darcy enjoys creating stories and evoking emotions through a curated mix of artwork and décor in each home she transforms. With a detailed eye and positive nature, Darcy is a joy to work alongside and brings a level of calm to her work. Living on a farm (cow included) allows Darcy to spend her free time gardening and baking, while dreaming up her next home renovation.

Stylist
Seeing everything come together is Bec’s favourite part of the job, especially when the client’s face lights up at the styling transformation of their home. A creative approach and bringing new ideas to the table makes Bec an important member of the styling team. As a chocoholic, Bec’s favourite treat is a hot chocolate or sneaky chocolate ice-cream – why mess with perfection is what Bec says!

Stylist
With past experience in team leading and merchandising, Kerry is an integral part of the styling team and is often referred to as ‘MacGyver’ at work, as she’s always fixing things on the job. An outside-of-the-box thinker with a penchant for coastal boho and moody contemporary, Kerry is skilled at styling homes and enjoys incorporating sentimental client items into vignettes. When not working, Kerry loves photography, hiking, travelling and looking for treasures at Op shops.

Warehouse Manager / Removalist
Working his way up quickly from an entry-level removalist with no prior experience in the property styling space to a leadership position is something Aaron is proud of (and rightly so!). With a friendly and down-to-earth personality, Aaron is an invaluable member of the team and approaches any problems with an open mind. During the week, Aaron’s beverage of choice is a Long Black coffee but on the weekends, you’ll find him whipping up delicious cocktails for family and friends.

Maintenance & Removalist
With the modus operandi of ‘make things better’, Joel is a valued and trusted member of the team. An experienced removalist who gives 100% to his role every day, Joel is fuelled by strong lattes and a high level of attention to detail in his workmanship. He also lends his skill in maintenance as a qualified mechanic, who fixes items efficiently to perfection. When not at work, Joel is also a talented musician playing at gigs locally.
